Privacy

Aivo answers phone calls for local businesses. This page says plainly what we collect when it does, where that information goes, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

Where it goes

Aivo runs on a small set of service providers. Calls and text messages are carried by Twilio, conversations are processed by Anthropic models, and email is delivered by Resend. The full list, including voice synthesis vendors, is on the subprocessors page. We do not sell this data to anyone, and we do not share it beyond the providers needed to run the service.

How long we keep it

These are the retention windows as actually implemented in the product:

Deletion requests

To have your information deleted sooner, contact the business you called or the Aivo operator running its account. The operator can delete a caller's records on request, and the retention windows above apply automatically either way.

No sale of data

We do not sell call audio, transcripts, contact details, or anything else. Data exists in Aivo for one purpose: getting the business you called to call you back well.
