Pilot terms
These are the terms of an Aivo pilot, written to be read. They apply to the business running the pilot.
What the pilot is
- A monitored pilot. Calls are reviewed by the Aivo team during the pilot so problems are caught early. It is not an unattended service yet.
- Inbound coverage only. Aivo answers calls your team misses, gathers what the caller needs, and delivers a callback to your team. Calls are carried by Twilio, conversations are processed by Anthropic models, and lead emails are delivered by Resend, as described on the subprocessors page and in the privacy page.
- AI disclosure. Aivo identifies itself as an AI assistant on calls and does not claim to be a person.
What it must not be used for
- No emergency dispatch or life-safety use. Aivo is not a way to reach help in an emergency.
- No medical, legal, or financial advice. Calls that need any of these are handed to a human.
Stopping, fees, and liability
- Either side may stop at any time. You can pause Aivo from your dashboard in seconds, and either side may end the pilot without penalty.
- Fees are as posted on the pricing section and agreed before activation.
- Liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service. Aivo is a message-taking and coverage tool; it is not a guarantee of any business outcome.
This is a pilot-stage document. It will be reviewed with counsel before broad launch.
