Subprocessors
These are the service providers that process data when Aivo answers a call. What each one sees is limited to what its job requires. Retention and deletion are described on the privacy page.
Hosting providerTo be determined. During the pilot, Aivo runs on operator-managed infrastructure.
CloudflareTunnel connectivity during the pilot: call and web traffic passes through a Cloudflare tunnel to reach the service.
TwilioVoice calls and SMS. Twilio carries the phone call itself and delivers text messages to the business.
AnthropicModel processing. Conversation text is processed by Anthropic models to conduct the call and summarize it for the business.
ResendEmail delivery. Lead summaries and account email are sent through Resend.
Voice synthesisOne vendor is active per deployment, selected by the AIVO_TTS setting: Amazon Polly voices via Twilio (the default), ElevenLabs, or Cartesia. Only the active vendor receives the text Aivo speaks.
This is a pilot-stage document. It will be reviewed with counsel before broad launch.
